Equipped with the Answers skill your Virtual Agent can answer pre-trained questions. These pre-trained questions and answers are managed in the content section of the platform.

The Answers skill comes with a small set of pre-trained answers out of the box. Answers to generic questions that apply to most organisations, like "What is your address" or "How can we reach you by phone". They are there for you to amend and adapt to your requirements. First thing when deploying your virtual agent is therefore to check the existing Answers and amend them with your details.
