How to leave a conversation

When you are finished or need someone else to step in, then you first need to leave this conversation first by clicking on Leave (see 12). There are multiple ways of leaving a conversation, depending on how your virtual agent has been set op. Out of the box you will see two types: Hand back to bot or Leave now. In most cases you don't want to hand the conversation back to the bot. After all, the bot wasn't able to help out the first time, why would it be able to help now when you already handled this case. Therefore you want to click the Leave now (see 13) option.

Now you can either join again, reassign to someone else or close this conversation.

Don't mix up leaving a conversation with closing. Make sure to close the conversation after leaving if the conversation is finished.
