Number porting is needed when you already have a WhatsApp for Business number that you want to take with you to 360Dialog, or when your number is with an other partner hosted on 360Dialog.

After being migrated, a phone number keeps its display name, quality rating, messaging limits, Official Business Account status, and any high quality message templates previously approved.
