Close flow

dialog close

The close flow implements the system dialog close so it will be triggered when the user closes the conversation by saying goodbye or exits the conversation or when the operator closes the conversation. Here you can configure how you want to say goodbye.

This flow uses a Say to say goodbye and finally the Close action to actually close the conversation.
