An Answer can be of two types:
FAQ: A single answer
FLOW: A pre-configured dialog (see for more information)
Create a new answer by the steps depicted in the following screenshots after clicking Add answer.
Fill in a name. This name will be the title of this FAQ within the studio. (example: 'Foundation date')
Fill in a Label (example: 'Foundation date')
Fill in a Title (example: 'When is your company founded?')
Choose type 'FAQ'
Fill in an Answer (example: 'We are founded in October 2017')
Train the bot with training phrases and add a couple of example sentences for this question (press enter after every sentence).
Click the blue Save button in the bottom of the screen
Instead of adding custom training phrases to a question you also have the option to select Existing. With Existing training you are able to link any existing intent to an Answer. These existing intents are centrally trained and kept up to date. For example opening_hours, subscribe, privacy_data, callmeback.
Now you have saved this new answer and you can test it, but first the AI needs to be properly trained.
Click the Train button
It might take a minute for the training to finish
Now start your bot and test your newly trained question.
