Connect to Microsoft Teams

  1. Go to Channels

  2. Scroll down to Inbox Channels and select Microsoft Teams

  3. Click on Enable

  1. Click on 'Download the zip file'

  2. Do not unpack the zip file

In teams click on 'Teams' in the left side column. All the way at the bottom you can create a new Team. Within this Team, make a new channel (Botsquad for example) and add the people who will be the operators to this Team.

  1. Click on Apps in Teams in the left bottom corner and select 'Upload a custom app'

  2. Find the .ZIP file from Botsquad and upload this to Teams.

  1. Select Add to a team

  2. Choose the team that you made for Botsquad

In the chosen channel type: 1. @EVA (As shown above EVA will pop up and you can select her) 2. After 1 space, copy-paste the /escalate string from the Botsquad studio (see picture 2) 3. Press Enter

When the Microsoft Teams connection has been made, you will see the above view in the Botsquad studio.
