When you do not get any push notifications anymore within the Botsquad studio you can do the following.

  1. Click on your profile at the right top corner within the Botsquad Studio

  2. Set yourself on 'Unavailable'

Set your status back to 'Available for chat'. When you do, a green notification will pop up like shown in the above picture. After this reset, push notifications will work again.
