In the content section of the studio you are able to manage all the content this Virtual Agent can work with.

You need to be a user with the role Content Manager or Producer to be able to manage content. Find your Environment Manager (the user with the role Environment manager) within your organisation that is able to change this for you when needed.
Some content elements, like for instance Flows, have the option to preview how the element looks in a chat conversation. To be able to see the latest version of your work, always make sure to click Save first before clicking on the Preview button.
