The chat widget is capable of triggering small "nudges" when the chat window is still closed. Nudges are small conversation starters: chat bubbles and UI elements that are triggered by conditions, like the visitor browsing to a certain web page:
Nudges are meant to persuade the user to engage with the virtual assistant. As such, they only show when the chat widget is closed.
Nudges are configured in the Content section on the Nudges page. Out of the box you'll find two nudges in the list:
