Create bot

In case you don't have a bot provisioned yet you will enter an empty environment once signed up and logged in. Depending on your role the page you land in after logging in will look something like this.

1. Click on Create bot.

Depending on your subscription you will be able to choose one of many templates for your bot. In this example we are going for the EVA Smart Router template which can be used for chat on your social channels, chat on your website and as voice response system on phone.

2. Select EVA

Now you will be able to provide a title and a purpose. The title is most important since that will become the name of your chatbot.

3. Type in the name and optionally purpose of your bot and click Create bot

Name the bot and create it

Give it the name of your organisation if you are not sure what to use. The name of the bot will be used to provide to your end users when they ask about your bot's name for instance. You can leave the description of the purpose for now.

The platform will now create your bot with basic configuration and train the AI of your bot with predefined questions and answers. This might take a couple of minutes to finish.

When finished training your bot is ready for further setup.
