Tags

Which tags are available out of the box?

To make items in the Content section conditional to a specific state we use conditions. Conditions are based on the existence or non-existence of tags. Tags can be set as part of Content items, like the parameter Set tags in Answers or the tag action in Flows.

But there are also system tags that the bot will set automatically when needed. This page gives an overview of these tags.

Set when we are within the opening hours as defined in studio settings

closed

Set when we are outside the opening hours as defined in studio settings

email

Set when the user provided his or her email address

phone

Set when the user provided his or her phone number

form_submitted

Set when the user submitted the form action

form_cancelled

Set when the user cancelled the form action

escalated

Set when the bot escalated the conversation

no operator

Set when escalated but there was no operator present

whatsapp number

A whatsapp number is configured in the widget

facebook enabled

Facebook messenger is enabled

web capable

Frontend is web capable (web widget, pwa and studio)

skill:answers

Skill answers is installed (same for all other skills)
