Close

How to close a conversation

When the conversation is finished you can click Close (see 8) to move this conversation to the Closed folder (see 9). Depending on the configuration of the of your virtual agent the user will be asked to rate this conversation after which it will be closed. The user is not able to reopen the conversation other than just starting a new one.

It is important to close every handled conversation so it doesn't clutter your inbox
