Close flow

dialog close

The close flow implements the system dialog close so it will be triggered when the user closes the conversation by saying goodbye or exit or when the operator closes the conversation.

Here you can configure how you want to say goodbye or if you want to perform a last action before leaving, like doing a little exit poll as shown in the below example:

Close flow

This flow uses the Invoke action to invoke the flow that asks the user to rate this conversation. It uses a Say to say goodbye and finally the Close action to actually close the conversation.
