How to configure Manual Nudges

To set a Manual Nudge you can do the following:

The picture above shows the default settings of the manual nudge

1. Add the title that you want for the Manual nudge.

2. The Trigger expression for a manual nudge is always false. This makes sure that it will only trigger when the operator manually sends the nudge to a visitor on the website.

3. Add a profile picture that will be shown with the nudge to the visitor

4. Fill in the Caption. This will shows as the title in a colored bar above the message.

5. Fill in the Message that you want for this specific manual nudge.

6. Select the Flow that the bot has to start after the visitor has clicked on the Nudge.

The choice in Flow can depend on the manual nudge that you choose to send. The nudge and flow can for example also be set up to schedule an appointment.
