Alternative answers

For older versions alternative answers are an actual field you can add and fill in. You can also set specific conditions to each alternative answer.

When the answer to a question varies based on the specific state of the conversation you will need to configure Alternative answers. Below an example with opening times.

1. Fill in the name ( Opening hours opened )

2. Add a condition or tag to specify when this answer should apply

3. Fill in the answer

4. Train Existing intents or Custom training phrases

Always make sure that all and any alternative answers are placed above the original answer in the list within the Studio.
