How to add additional inboxes

To add one or multiple inboxes go to the Inbox Settings of the Bot.

1. Click on Settings in the main menu on the left hand side

2. Click on Studio inbox

3. Click on Inbox settings under Studio inbox

Instead of setting the office hours, you can scroll down and add extra inboxes.

1. Click on Add Inbox

2. Choose a label

3. Choose an Icon

4. Choose a Tag

There are no spaces allowed in the Tag. The Tag will be used to assign inboxes to users

Make sure to name the tag "inbox::" followed by the name of your inbox.
