Configuring the default answers for the first time

Your Virtual Agent is configured out of the box with a basic set of pre-trained questions and answers. The answers that really need your input before being valuable are configured not to show when asked. They are configured to only show when the condition: "Answer when tagged disabled " is true. This will never be the case, therefore these answers will not be provided unless we remove this condition. You can read more about conditions .
So the idea now is to check all the predefined answers, update the content and remove the disabled
condition.
For example, let us look at the last item: Phone number. You can see it is currently disabled. Scroll down and unfold the FAQ Phone number.
Fill in any fitting title, this is just for your own overview. For example "Sales phone", "Phone number Service".
Click on the trashcan icon in the grey "> Answer when tagged" bar to remove the current disabled condition
Change the Answer to what you prefer. For example "Our phone number is …"
Click on the Save button
Now when you run your bot you will find it will answer to the question "What is your phone number" with the answer you just provided.
You can repeat these steps for all the other Answers.
Notice the markdown syntax that is used for the phone number. This way the phone number becomes clickable by the visitor. See the .
