How to configure escalation actions

Under the Unknown Flows you can set the Escalation per inbox.

1. Click on Content under the build in the main menu on the left hand side

2. Click on Flows to open the different Flow options

3. Click on Unknown to open the unknown dialog options

Under the Unknown dialog you can set Escalations to the different inboxes that you have set up.

1. Click on Perform and select the Escalate option

2. Fill in the Tag for the inbox that you want to set the escalation for

3. Type the Message that you want the Bot to display when this Flow gets triggered

4. Click on Add condition to action to set when this escalation rule should apply

Example for the Sales department

Every Inbox will need it's own Escalation flow set up.
