To connect the smart IVR to your SIP trunk you have to follow the steps below. Be sure that you have a new channel with an extension number available.
click on Channels in the main menu
click on Telephony in the channel list
click on Enable
choose the SIP registration via Mobile Connect option
choose in the pool the Mobileconnect option
choose MV3 as PBX type
copy the channel name set with your MV3 account and fill this in as Username
fill in the chosen password set with that channel
click on Connect
After a little while the registration status will change to Online. This means that it has been picked up by the sync script and is registered in Mobile Connect. You can now place a call to the new extension to verify that the bot is correctly connected.
