When the Virtual Agent is implemented on your website it directly falls under the privacy statement of your website. Make sure to update your privacy statement accordingly and optionally configure the Virtual Agent with the URL to your privacy statement. This way the Virtual Agent can provide the link to users via:

On the Website Widget
The privacy statement URL can be configured in the Bot Identity settings. For this go to settings and click on Bot Identity. There you'll find a field to enter your Privacy Policy URL.
When users ask the Virtual Agent about the privacy statement, it can now answer it by providing the link to the privacy statement:
Notice that users can also ask about their personal data and even ask the bot to forget about them:
The website widget can now display the link to your privacy statement in the bottom right corner of the widget as follows:
