Prerequisites

Make sure you have a personal Facebook login with access to your Facebook Business account. You can check this by logging into your Facebook Business account using the following link:

Make sure you have admin access to your Business' facebook account before continuing

Connect Whatsapp

  1. Go to Channels

  2. Click on Whatsapp

  3. Click on Connect to Whatsapp

When the registration process is finished, copy the phone number and API key in the designated fields and click Connect.
